Why does PrayZone ask for location permission?

The app may use your location to calculate prayer times, show nearby mosques, and—if you enable related features—support geofence or silence behavior. You can review or change permissions in your device settings.

What is background location used for?

If you enable features that depend on knowing when you enter or leave an area, the app may request background location so automatic silence or zone-related behavior can work where supported. Background access is optional and governed by system settings and in-app controls.

Do I need to sign in?

Sign-in is optional. If you use Google or email sign-in, your account may sync certain settings and saved data through Supabase. Local-only use remains possible without an account where the app allows it.

Are there ads?

The app may show ads served through Google AdMob where applicable. Ad-related identifiers and measurement may be processed according to Google’s policies and your choices on the device.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by following the steps on our account deletion page and contacting support@prayzone.app.
